Thing 8: Document Sharing in the Cloud

1. Google Doc. has both Document, spreadsheet, presentation in it, and this lokk like a better alternative to Microsoft office.

One can collaborate with a team(s) to work together effectively, on publish documents, maintain task lists, implement work flows. And files can be share with team members in one central location . For instance in Nigeria we have two post one mission this will really help us to share information through the use of Google Doc.

2. I did not see any major draw back in the application

3. My collaboration on with others is simply fantastic and a wonderful that will help me to save time, papers and in quick access to the materials just with a link.
